Attractive Morado purple opal is mined in central Mexico and its Spanish name means purple. It's composed of silica and small amounts of fluorite which contribute to the adored plum hue. Friendly and tenacious, Christopher Sandoval's Badger follows through with turquoise inlaid eyes. In Zuni traditional ways, badgers are believed to help medicine men dig roots needed to heal. About 2 3/4" long, 1 3/4" wide and 5/8" tall.
