A well-polished marble with glistening pyrite inclusions makes for an enchanted
Raven (or crow) whose beak clutches a colorful red bead treat. It's been carved by Calvert Bowannie who is from the greater Natewa, Dallas Quam (d) and Panteah extended families of Zuni Pueblo artists. His brother is carver Bryston Bowannie. Turquoise inlaid eyes are discerning. About 1 3/4" tall, 1 1/4" wide and 7/8" deep.
