Stingray Fetish Pendant

By Kevin Chapman, Zuni-Sioux

Animal: Stringray, Material: Turquoise
This offering is sold.
A relative of the shark, stingrays have armed venomous tails for defensive purposes. There are approximately 200 different species of stingrays. Some swim by undulating their bodies in a wave motion, while others appear to fly by flapping their sides up and down. Well-camouflaged, they sleep by burying themselves in the ocean's sandy sea floor. Kevin Chapman's carved turquoise stingray fetish pendant has circularly drilled accents and cool red coral eyes. Including the Viking or Celtic-inspired silver bale, measurements are about 1 3/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. The lovely silver snake chain is not included but is available and sold separately here.
