Kateri Quandelacy Sanchez's gorgeous corn maidens are carved of gold lip shell and are incised with Dragonfly and star elements. One corn maiden wears a traditional headdress called a 'tablita' and the other corn maiden has a feather in her hair. Their facial features are incised and darkened with jet and they wear turquoise and red coral pieces. Including base, they're about 5 1/2" tall, 4 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" deep.
