The seahorse named for its equine appearance, has the foreparts of a horse and the hind parts of a fish. These exceptional fish mate for life and bring a gentle beauty to their ocean homes. Shannon Waatsa's seahorse is carved of bowlerite, a neat recycled material by way of retired bowling balls. It has filled eyes and measures about 2 1/4" tall, 7/8" wide and 1 1/4" deep.
