This carving celebrates the joy of discovering the world together. Douglas Martza carved these two Bears
from creamy fish rock serpentine with many tiny dark fossils. The open faces and upright ears enhance the feeling of discovery. With bright eyes of inlaid turquoise these bears are about 3" long and 1 1/2" wide. Intricately incised fur and an offering of turquoise beads tied on with a thicker cord give wonderful texture to this piece.
