Zuni found stone the simlar in color to the rich mud it would build its lodge with, this expert builder has big teeth of mother of pearl shell and a beautifully incised fur coat. In addition to designing their dwellings beavers also shape and influence the world around them acting as environmental stewards which reminds us to be a positive influence and caretakers of our own neighborhoods. This lovely beaver measures about 2 3/4" long, 1 7/8" wide by 1 1/2" tall with turquoise eyes and a pen shell nose.
