By Brian Yatsattie

Animal: Eagle, Material: Fordite
This offering is sold.

A young Eagle has grown strong and exercises its glorious wings. Soon to fledge, Brian Yatsattie's raptor is stunningly carved from a fascinating and colorful material called motor agate, or Fordite. This is creatively recycled from hardened paint by way of automobile factories. No matter the angle at which this grand piece is viewed, you'll get an eyeful of this bird's majestic grace and beauty. An awesome hooked beak plus jet in turquoise eyes, allows this raptor to see far and wide. About 6" tall, 1" wide and 2 3/4" deep.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this eagle fetish will go to the Zuni Eagle Sanctuary. Please see our resources page for more information on the sanctuary.
