A highly-collectible and museum-quality collection of animals, making up Ray Tsalate's set representing the Six Directions that Zuni Pueblo people recognize. They assign an animal and a color to each.

Ray's inspiration came from old traditional pottery designs, bringing an "old-style" feeling to each animal. They are masterfully carved of antler. Wolf is 2 1/2" long, 1" wide and 1 1/4" tall, with mother-of-pearl inlay and pen shell eyes. Mountain Lion is 2 1/2" long, 7/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall, with gold lip shell inlay and malachite eyes. Eagle measures 2" long, 1" wide and 1" tall, with lapis, malachite, mother-of-pearl and gold lip shell inlay, plus red coral eyes. Badger is 1 5/8" long, 1 1/4" wide and 1 1/8" tall, with coral inlay and jet eyes. Mole is 1 3/8" long, 1 1/8" wide and 1" tall, with pen shell inlay and variscite eyes. Bear is 2" long, 1 1/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall, with turquoise inlay and turquoise eyes.

This outstanding set will bring a calming serenity to any space. Comes with Ray's award-winning 2019 SWAIA 98th Annual Santa Fe Indian Market ribbon. Extra shipping charges may apply.
