Beavers are industrious animals doing most of their work at night. Their lodges have two chambers, one for drying off after coming out of the water, and the second for a dry place to rest with their families. Jimmy Yawakia's great Beaver
with red coral inlaid eyes, is carved of alabaster with a cross-hatched tail. Beavers like to slap their tails on the water as a way of communicating. About 2 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/4" tall.
