Bryston Bowannie's graceful bird of prey (Owl) is carved from white marble. This nimble hunter is honored with a green turquoise arrow point secured with a string of heishe shell and turquoise beads. The raptor's face is accented with inlaid turquoise eyes and beak. The body of feathers are incised into the surface of the marble stone. The carving has a wingspan of 1 3/4" wide and measures about 1 1/4" long by 3/4" tall.
