Twitching whiskers, inquisitive eyes from turquoise inlays, a triangular-shaped burnished nose and small offering necklace laced with strawberry quartz, amethyst and clear quartz beads are delightful features of this approximately 3 1/4" tall, 1 5/8" wide and 1 1/8" deep domestic kitty cat from antler by Robert Michael Weahkee. He said "that I would like to describe my work as whimsical and fun. My favorite medium to carve is elk/deer shed antlers, mostly from Zuni. Spring time is when I get to walk around and look for them, but I also buy from community members."
