Prairie dogs are herbivores, but they sometimes eat insects. Chris Peina's wonderful turquoise prairie dog colony is permanently attached to a lovely base of antler. About 1 3/4" tall, 2 1/2" long and 1 5/8" deep. Each cute prairie dog has eyes of inlaid jet and incised body fur.
