Pueblo People revere Bears as kindred spirits because of a powerful ability to stand upright, like standing next to your brother. Herbert Halate's lightly fragrant Zuni cedar bear has turquoise eyes and offering bundle. The wood has cool growth patterns and a lovely knot. Herbert learned to carve at a young age by watching his late father Leonard Halate. Dimensions of this healthy friend are about 2 1/2" tall, 1 5/8" wide and 1 1/2" deep.
