In honoring her late grandmother Effie Calavaza's unique snake jewelry creations, Melissa Oliver has created an impressive sterling silver reptile squash blossom necklace and earrings set. Each colorful turquoise stone is enveloped by a silver snake with turquoise eyes. A closer look reveals wonderful texturized bodies coiled around the stone's settings. The stunning necklace is about 24" long including the naja or crescent, which itself measures roughly 2 1/2" long and 2" wide. The coordinating earrings are about 1 3/4" long including hooks.
