Zuni carver Fabian Tsethlikai worked for many years as a seasonal wildfire firefighter often seeing bears. In Montana, he saw a black bear with her cubs off in the distance. Perhaps this sweetly-sitting onyx Bear cub was inspired by those blessed sightings. This cute friend has an endearing and playful demeanor expressed through turquoise inlaid eyes.
