Interesting puddingstone is Mother Earth's conglomerate made up of red jasper, quartz and other goodies, embedded in white quartzite. It formed millions of years ago when other rocks were eroded and cemented together. It is called puddingstone because it resembles tasty bread pudding or even yummy fruit cake and is found in places like Michigan, Canada and England. Rockhounds love its unique composition and natural beauty. Stewart Quandelacy and Priscilla Lasiloo Quandelacy's Medicine-Bear is sculpted from puddingstone journeying in at approximately 3 1/4" long, 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall. Wise eyes and an alternating heartline or breath path are from colorful turquoise inlays.
