From natural clay and pigments, noted potter Carlos Laate and his late wife jeweler Roxanne Seoutewa had worked together in the creation of this lovely pottery Owl. Layered plumage is beautifully painted, while a wide-eyed expression is reflective of the fact that an owl can see what others cannot. About 5" tall, 4 5/8" wide and 3 1/2" deep.
