Moonlight seems to be reflected upon Evalena Boone's bushytail (
Fox,
Wolf or
Coyote) as it hunts at nighttime. This natural effect is thanks to a gorgeous orthoceras fossil with prominent shell lines. Many animals depend on the moonlight as a compass. The light of the moon even influences animals that are active by day. Eyes are from turquoise inlays. About 3" long, 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" tall.
