Brian Yatsattie is a prolific and gifted carver presenting an energetic Frog positioned for a hop. Frogs hop or jump for a variety of reasons. Short fast hops help them navigate vegetation while longer leaps assist them in escaping danger. Masterfully sculpted from alluring stichtite, this jet-eyed water creature is approximately 2 3/4" long, 2" wide and 3/4" tall. Brian and his brother Nelson Yatsattie not only share a love of carving but drawing and painting since a young age.
