Burrowing
Owls run on the ground chasing after prey or foraging much like Calvert Bowannie's walking raptor. Turquoise eyes are always focused. For the A:Shiwi (The People) an owl is known as the Night Grandfather because he does his work at night. About 3 1/4" long, 1 7/8" wide and 1 1/2" tall, elegantly sculpted from marble.
