Sandra's reversible Grandmother and Corn Maiden is made from pleasing magnesite. This two-sided carving represents feminine strength and wisdom. Grandmother's soothing face is from overlaid turquoise and she wears four turquoise pieces. Corn maiden's incised facial features have been darkened with jet paste. Individually etched Corn kernels are inlaid with colorful stones. Dancing Dragonflies are seen on their shawls. About 3 1/4" tall, 1 1/2" wide and 3/4" deep.
