Elk is carved from a single piece of picture jasper crowned with a splendid full rack. The inlaid turquoise eyes are strong and kind. The elk carries an offering bundle of turquoise and shell beads on a lovely turquoise arrow point. In total the carving measures about 2 5/8" long, 3/4" wide by 2 1/4" tall.
