A young
Eagle's (or
Hawk's) first flight is a success. Eaglets are ready to leave the family nest at around twelve weeks of age. Michael Coble's wonderful raptor has a gorgeous hooked beak with drilled nares and layered plumage. Turquoise eyes see the distance and talons easily grip the landing place accented with lovely designs. Carved from one portion of rich Picasso marble, measurements are about 2 3/8" tall, 1 5/8" wide and 1 3/4" deep.
