Autumn is coming, a favorite season for a lovely Owl by Salvador Romero. The leaves that fall and dry on the forest floor are a particularly anticipated feature of the season because the crunchy foliage helps an owl to scout small prey as they noisily scurry about on the ground. We can picture a morning ritual of patting the rounded head of this owl in greeting and gratitude for the watchful protection through the night, on the way to a warm cup of coffee. About 3" tall, 2 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" deep, minimally carved from found stone.
