A myriad of stemmed fossil forms or crinoids inhabit a spectacular marble in Christopher Sandoval's thoroughly polished wildcat. Big turquoise eyes are vigilant and a colorful orange spiny oyster shell, golden amber and turquoise bead offering bundle is secured to this approximately 2 3/4" long, 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" tall Bobcat. These elusive felines are most active at twilight. Quiet and solitary, they are not dependent on others for their existence. They have heightened senses of hearing and sight. Fur changes color depending on the season, providing necessary camouflage. Bobcats are critical in maintaining healthy populations of smaller mammals and rodents. Their pattern of living teaches us to have confidence in ourselves and be comfortable at the edge of change.
