Cobblestone Inlaid Belt Buckle

Laguna Pueblo master jeweler Franklin Carrillo draws inspiration from the natural wonders of creation such as the mountain ranges, mesas and escarpments of New Mexico. His latest offering is an exquisitely handmade sterling silver unisex belt buckle. Uniquely cut red rosarita gold slag, dense ironwood, rich fossilized ivory and luxurious Nevada turquoise are raised and beveled like cobblestones to create this dazzling mosaic presentation. They are beautifully set side by side in the difficult to do, stone-to-stone jewelry technique. A truly stunning and slightly convex belt buckle that will fit an approximate 1 3/4" wide belt. The overall dimensions of the cobblestone inlay are about 2 1/8" long and 3 1/4" wide. Signed by the artist.
