A mighty Mole (or more accurately a shrew or a pocket gopher, as there are no moles in the arid Southwest) is an amazing creature surviving with poor vision yet thriving underground. Factors such as powerful front legs, claws and acute senses of hearing and touch come into play allowing them to happily tunnel here and there. Carved from Picasso marble, Delvin Leekya inlaid turquoise eyes to this approximately 3 3/4" long, 7/8" wide and 1 5/8" tall friend whose animal medicine or example in nature teaches us to listen to our gut instinct not just what we see before us.
