Self-taught carver Salvador Romero's
Bear is effortlessly sculpted from an incredible two-toned found stone. Its simple shape belies the deep wisdom that bear medicine brings. Salvador walks the land at Cochiti Pueblo to locate the right stones for his carvings. He says “The stone has the animal in it. I just find it." About 5 1/4" long, 1 1/2" wide and 3 1/4" tall.
