In an area west of Santa Fe, ancient camel tracks remind us of where these fascinating quadrupeds once roamed. In fact footprints have been found throughout the state of New Mexico. Fabian Tsethlikai's tidy picture jasper Bactrian camel is approximately 1 1/2" long, 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" tall. Friendly eyes from turquoise are inlaid to the two-humped camel. Bactrian Asian camels are endangered.
