Noted jeweler and elder Nick Rosetta resides in Kewa formerly known as Santo Domingo Pueblo situated between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. Kewa Pueblo is located on the east bank of the Rio Grande about 25 miles southwest of Santa Fe. Honoring an ancient tradition of turquoise and shell jewelry making, Nick creates phenomenal mosaic works like these elegant dangle earrings. They are meticulously composed from colorful turquoise, bold jet, iridescent mother-of-pearl, lovely yellow heartwood, phosphosiderite, fluorite and rich jadeite on bed of wood. About 3 3/4" long including hooks, 3/8" wide and 1/4" deep.
