Wilson Romero's
Owl is a dialog of place and time. He found the stone while walking and being with the landscape at his Cochiti Pueblo home. It is bordered on the north side by a high basalt mesa. We can imagine this great watchman perched in a gnarled juniper on top of this mesa looking at the village and fields below. About 3 7/8" tall, 2 1/4" wide and 1 1/4" deep.
