The turtle goes and flows with the river always getting to where it needs to be. Andrew Quam's bright Turtle (or tortoise) is composed from layers of golden gold lip shell, watery mother-of-pearl and cheerful turquoise. An etched and decorated turquoise and red coral-dotted carapace is gorgeous. Eyes are from coral inlays, while webbed feet are inlaid with jet paste. About 1 1/2" long, 1 1/8" wide and 1/2" tall.
