Spotted Horses have been highly valued throughout history. Appaloosas are a hardy breed of riding horse. Herbert Halate carved a happy pony from lightly fragrant Zuni cedar and inlaid rump spots from turquoise. Eyes from turquoise convey a friendly spirit inviting you for a cool trail ride in the mountains. Soft etching provides a forelock, mane and lovely long tail. About 4" long, 1" wide and 3" tall.
