The name chipmunk may originate from the Indigenous Algonquin word jidmoonh which is pronounced chit-moon and means squirrel. It may also have origins with the Ojibwe word ajidamoo which translates to "one who descends trees headlong". Sedrick Banteah's spunky chipmunk has been brought to life from Picasso marble with a stunning white crystalline inclusion. Vigilant eyes are from turquoise inlays and a furry coat is etched to the maximum degree. About 1 1/2" tall, 3/4" wide and 1" deep.
