Travis Nieto captures the nobility of an Eagle (or Hawk who in Zuni tradition is the little brother to an eagle) in a marble fetish. Fierce eyes are from inlaid sterling silver, able to see great distances. Wings are elegantly rendered. Indigenous cultures regard eagles as living, sacred symbols of power. These magnificent raptors teach us to honor the earth and sky. About 2 1/2" tall, 1" wide and 5/8" deep.
