Ronnie Lunasee's aesthetically pleasing bushytail (
Fox,
Wolf or
Coyote) is deftly shaped from sodalite, a cerulean-hued mineral sometimes called the Poet's stone as it is said to encourage creative writing. Turquoise eyes are a nice contrast to the natural blue colors of this canine that measures about 3" long, 5/8" wide and 1 1/4" tall. Ronnie was taught to carve years ago by Melvin Sandoval, a relative by marriage, at around age sixteen.
