Bernie Laselute is a wonderful carver from Zuni who really understands an animal's essence always bringing them out in beautiful detail and at an affordable price. His latest offering is a little Beaver ready to work hard sculpted from a pretty Picasso marble. Incisors, whiskers, fur galore, tiny paws and a great incised tail are precious features offered in this approximately 1 1/2" long, 5/8" wide and 1" tall collectible water creature. Eager eyes are from turquoise inlays.
