A gentle Medicine-bear (or Bear) reminds us of quiet moments when unexpected insights come into our awareness. Stewart Quandelacy and Priscilla Lasiloo Quandelacy purposely carve bears with rounded backs to resemble the cave or den opening where they restore in torpor. A happy turquoise friend that measures approximately 1 3/4" long, 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" tall. Eyes are from jet inlays while an alternating heartline or breath path is from red coral.
