All animals have the same right to hunt and kill for food as humans. Feeling no hatred towards them, Indigenous cultures appreciate the spiritual and ecological importance of wild canines like coyotes who have curative powers. Traditional worldview is balanced, regarding humans as part of Mother Earth in an interconnected way, where most others view humans as separate and dominant over nature.
