Daisy Rose Leonard's shimmering gold lip shell Dragonfly is bound by a steady Turtle from a turquoise, brass and spiny oyster shell composite, plus coral and heishe beads. A lovely creature combination of earth and sky bonded by their love of water in wearable pendant form. For the A:Shiwi (Zuni) turtles have a rain association and dragonflies are a sign of water. Together the delightful pair measures about 1 7/8" long, 1" wide and 3/4" deep, each with spirited eyes from sterling silver inlays. Measurements include the silver bale.
