A hearty fish has been sculpted from a gorgeous specimen of Rolling Hills dolomite by long time carvers Daphne and Leland Boone. They said a favorite part of the process is excitedly working a new material and finding inspiration from the colors. Rolling Hills dolomite is from Mexico beloved for eye-catching patterns alive with warm browns, dark mahogany and sunset hues. We love the little fins on this turquoise-eyed water creature that swiftly swims by at approximately 3 1/8" long, 3/4" wide and 2 1/8" tall.
