Overlaid Tail Feathers Duck

Ducks are held in high regard at Zuni Pueblo, because they can swim in water, walk on land and fly in the air. Very intelligent and emotional, ducks are respected for these amazing abilities. Stevan Natachu's onyx water creature has a sweet presence relayed through turquoise inlaid eyes. Fine etching creates nice plumage detail while a wonderfully overlaid set of tail feathers are from jet, mother-of-pearl, spiny oyster shell and turquoise. Dimensions are approximately 3" long, 5/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
