Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Open-Back Pendant Necklace

In a creative open-back setting, four glorious Sleeping Beauty turquoise cabochons share stunning natural sky blue color in Smokey Gchachu's sterling silver pendant necklace. We love how he left the rear of the stones exposed so both sides can be enjoyed. Sleeping Beauty turquoise comes from Globe, Arizona. The mine is closed so no new stones are being pulled from the ground. Existing specimens rely on vintage stock or private collections. The hand-woven silken silver chain is about 18 1/2" long, while the non-removable station is approximately 2 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wide and 1/4" deep in its entirety. Signed by the artist.
