This powerful
Mountain-lion, creatively carved out of alabaster by Rickson Kallestewa, is about 5 1/2" long and 2 1/4" tall. Its long, sinuous tail spirals along the side. Rickson offered the spirit of the mountain lion a hunting point carved from pipestone, slipping the attaching cord between the tail and body. This collectible carving show cases Rickson's whimsical style as well as his fine craftsmanship and talent.
