Mother Owls nurture their precious owlets by snuggling, attentively feeding, grooming and fiercely defending them. Salvador Romero's wonderful 2-piece bird set is carved from unique found stones. Watchful eyes are etched, while mother's are filled in with a pretty blue hue. The removable baby itself is approximately 1 7/8" tall, 1 3/8" wide and 1/2" deep. The parent raptor itself measures roughly 5 3/4" tall, 3 1/8" wide and 2 3/8" deep. We can help owls by leaving dead trees standing for nesting sites and avoiding chemical use around our homes.
