Zuni artists Cameron Kalestewa and Gininka Dickson share a strong partnership and commitment to quality and design in their animal carvings. We asked them what they'd like folks to know about their pieces. They said "to keep the traditional in the work and not forget where we come from". Sculpted from a good-looking vermillion marble, this turquoise-eyed little buddy Bear has a lovely heartline or breath path from turquoise, gold lip shell and pen shell inlays. A bountiful offering bundle has a shell point with hematite, carnelian, turquoise, gold lip shell and pen shell beads. About 1 1/4" long, 7/8" wide and 3/4" tall.
