Zuni artist Clissa Martin is known for skillfully inlaying carved animals with wonderful Dragonflies as seen on this collectible Bear with tender eyes from turquoise inlays. The bright red coral and turquoise insect appears to hover over shimmering water thanks to the pyrite inclusions in the stunning lapis lazuli specimen. We love the raised presentation of the dragonfly. Clissa's cousin is carver Corwin Yamutewa. About 1 7/8" long, 3/4" wide and 7/8" tall.
