Mother otters are some of the best around. Brandon Phillips has carved two wonderful floating marine friends: a devoted mother from onyx, with watchful eyes from turquoise inlays, who gently cradles a wee pup from marble on her chest. She spends much time grooming the baby's fur to make it waterproof and buoyant. She'll even carefully wrap the little one in kelp for security while she dives for food. What a wonderful Mother's Day gift this duo would make. About 2 5/8" long, 3/4" wide and 3/4" tall.
