Carefree Floating Otter

A forest of kelp or seaweed is the perfect place for a sea otter to anchor itself as it floats. Troy Sice's magical sea otter or river otter is in serene repose, relaxing at about 3 3/8" long, 5/8" wide and 5/8" tall. It is sweetly carved from burnished antler with lively eyes from lapis lazuli set into a turned head. An otter's example in nature teaches us to make time for play each day.
